My Background

If you’re looking to develop a healthy relationship with food, you’re in the right place… because I’ve been where you are.

As I explain in my memoir, I struggled with food choices from a young age, and it had a very negative impact on me. What made it even harder was feeling like I was alone.

I found my way to mindful eating, and it changed everything.

Now, instead of worrying about what I’m eating, I focus on leading the life I want. This includes celebrating food with cooking and baking, as well as walking, hiking, reading, and more.

That experience has made me passionate about helping others like you… and making sure you know you’re not alone.
